Role Description The Business Line Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for overseeing a specific business line, including developing and executing strategies to grow market share, revenue, and profitability. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing product portfolios, monitoring market trends, setting sales targets, and coordinating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. The Business Line Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The role also involves preparing performance reports, forecasting, budgeting, and guiding team members to achieve operational excellence. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in business line management, product management, or business unit leadership within healthcare, medical devices, or related industries. Strong skills in strategic planning, market analysis, and business development to drive growth and competitiveness. Proficiency in sales management, customer relationship management, and negotiation to support revenue and margin targets. Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, with solid stakeholder management and communication skills. Competence in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to monitor performance and optimize resources. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage. Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC region, with understanding of local market dynamics and regulations. Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and capacity to work on-site in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is beneficial.
