• Develop and lead the overall transformation strategy, ensuring alignment with the program's strategic objectives.• Drive and manage the execution of transformation programs, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps, drive operational efficiencies, and enhance customer experience.• Monitor and track program progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.• Provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of key milestones and outcomes.• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and change management, promoting the adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies.• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
Skills:• Minimum 10+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in large-scale Oracle Cloud financial transformation initiatives.• Minimum 3+ Cloud Implementation projects in a program manager role in financial domain with overall 15+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Implementations.• Candidate must well versed and hands on experience in design and implementation of Oracle Financials modules, must have overall understanding of Oracle financial modules• landscape and peripheral application integrations related to banking industry.• Candidate must have a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.• Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and engage stakeholders.• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on effective decision-making. Well versed with onshore and offshore delivery model.
