Role Overview

We are inviting applications for Faculty positions (PhD) across our client's Engineering disciplines: Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, and Electrical Engineering. The ideal candidates will drive technical innovation, support rigorous academic standards, and contribute to an expanding research footprint.
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized lectures and oversee practical laboratory sessions within your engineering discipline (Medium of Instruction: English).
• Actively support and maintain ABET and NCAAA accreditation standards through meticulous curriculum mapping and assessment.
• Lead applied engineering research initiatives and publish in high-impact, peer-reviewed technical journals.
• Supervise senior design capstone projects and provide comprehensive student mentorship.
• Foster relationships with the industrial sector to secure research grants and practical opportunities for students.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Must hold a PhD in Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.
• University Ranking Criteria: To align with institutional excellence standards, applicants must hold a PhD from a university ranked within the Top 400 (Shanghai Ranking), Top 300 (Times Higher Education), or Top 200 (QS World University Rankings).
• Experience: Demonstrated ability in technical teaching and a strong portfolio of academic research.
• Language: Professional fluency in English.
