ملخص الوظيفة:
المسؤول عن الإشراف والسيطرة على أنشطة الرفع اليومية في الموقع، لضمان التنفيذ الآمن وفقًا لخطط الرفع المعتمدة، وإجراءات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة، ومتطلبات المشروع.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- الإشراف على عمليات الرافعات وأنشطة التجهيز وفرق الرفع.
- التأكد من أن أنشطة الرفع تُنفَّذ وفقًا لخطط الرفع المعتمدة.
- عقد اجتماعات ما قبل الرفع، ومحادثات صندوق الأدوات، وإحاطات السلامة.
- التحقق من كفاءة وشهادات مشغلي الرافعات وموفّقي الإرشاد والمرشدين الإشاريين.
- فحص معدات الرفع والملحقات والمعدات قبل الاستخدام.
- التأكد من أن مناطق الرفع مُسيطر عليها وتُتبع ممارسات العمل الآمن.
- وقف أنشطة الرفع غير الآمنة وتبليغ المخالفات.
- التنسيق مع مهندس الرفع، وفريق الصحة والسلامة والبيئة، وإدارة المشروع.
الحفاظ على سجلات الرفع والتقارير اليومية.
المهارات
المتطلبات:
- شهادة دبلوم/تأهيل تقني.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5–8 سنوات في الإشراف على الرفع.
- خبرة قوية مع الرافعات والتجهيزات وعمليات الرفع الثقيلة.
- شهادة مشرف رفع سارية المفعول.
- خبرة في مشاريع البناء الكبرى.
- يفضَّل الخبرة في مشاريع كبرى بدول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
Job description
Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising and controlling daily lifting activities on site, ensuring safe execution in accordance with approved lifting plans, HSE procedures, and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise crane operations, rigging activities, and lifting crews.
- Ensure lifting activities are performed according to approved lifting plans.
- Conduct pre-lift meetings, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
- Verify competency and certification of crane operators, riggers, and signalmen.
- Inspect lifting gears, accessories, and equipment before use.
- Ensure lifting zones are controlled and safe working practices are followed.
- Stop unsafe lifting activities and report violations.
- Coordinate with Lifting Engineer, HSE team, and construction management.
Maintain lifting records and daily reports.
Skills
Requirements:
- Diploma / Technical qualification.
- Minimum 5–8 years of lifting supervision experience.
- Strong experience with cranes, rigging, and heavy lifting activities.
- Valid lifting supervisor certification.
- Experience in major construction projects.
- GCC mega-project experience preferred.
