Job Summary:
Responsible for technical management, operation planning, and coordination of tower crane activities throughout project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review tower crane installation, dismantling, and operation plans.
- Coordinate tower crane positioning and capacity requirements.
- Review crane technical documentation and certifications.
- Monitor tower crane maintenance and inspections.
- Coordinate with lifting teams and construction management.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer requirements and safety standards.
- Support critical lifting activities.
- Maintain crane operation records.
Skills
Requirements:
- Mechanical / Civil Engineering background preferred.
- Minimum 8 years experience with tower cranes.
- Experience in high-rise / mega construction projects.
- Knowledge of tower crane installation and operation requirements.
- Relevant lifting/tower crane certification preferred.
- GCC mega project experience required.
