Role Description The Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective movement of goods to and from the company’s facilities. This full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh includes managing inventory levels, coordinating warehousing, transportation, and distribution activities, and optimizing processes to meet business and customer needs. The Logistics Manager will collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to plan and schedule deliveries, monitor supplier performance, and maintain accurate documentation. The role also involves resolving logistics issues, tracking KPIs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. The Logistics Manager will supervise logistics staff, support training and development, and maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Qualifications
Strong Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management skills to oversee operations, optimize routing, and coordinate warehousing and distribution. Proficiency in Inventory Management to maintain accurate stock records, manage replenishment, and reduce shortages and excesses. Experience in Procurement and vendor coordination to support purchasing activities, negotiate terms, and align supply with demand. Customer Service skills to manage expectations, respond to inquiries, and ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Ability to lead teams, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Riyadh. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with competence in using logistics or ERP software. Knowledge of relevant local regulations, import/export procedures, and safety standards is an advantage.
