We are a leading entity in the recruitment and domestic staffing sector in Saudi Arabia, offering professional services and integrated solutions for our clients from government agencies and the private sector.

We seek to hire an experienced Operations Manager - Recruitment to oversee recruitment operations comprehensively, ensuring reliable and efficient services that meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

 

Main responsibilities and duties

  • Manage and organize all recruitment operations including strategic planning, human resources management, time management, and budgets related to recruitment operations.
  • Prepare and update recruitment policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with recruitment offices and localization partners to ensure reliable and cost- and time-efficient services.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as uptime, pickup rate, and success rates in accreditation and visas.
  • Manage and develop teams involved in recruitment operations and prepare training and professional development plans.
  • Ensure data quality and documentation, and provide regular reports to senior management with improvement recommendations.
  • Effective communication with internal and external clients to meet their needs with a high level of service.
  • Risk management and compliance, and coordination of health and safety procedures within the teams.

 

Qualifications and requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. Professional certifications in recruitment or HR management are preferred.
  • 4 to 10 years of experience in recruitment or related operations management, with a proven track record in leadership and organization.
  • Good familiarity with recruitment procedures, timelines, and regulatory frameworks in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic, along with effective English communication skills when needed.
  • Strong data analysis skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions and deliver accurate reports.
