ملخص الوظيفة:-
كعضو أساسي في فريق CATRION، ستؤدي مجموعة من المهام المرتبطة بتنظيم وإدارة وحدة/منطقة وفقًا للمعايير التي تتطلبها الشركة، ومواصفات عقد العميل، والتنظيمات القانونية. سيتعين عليك التأكد من أن أنشطة اليوم-اليومي داخل قسمك المكلف بها تُنفذ وفق أعلى المعايير. ستؤدي مجموعة من المهام المرتبطة بتشغيل الوحدة/المنطقة بسلاسة والترويج لها وفق أعلى المعايير لجميع لوائح الصحة والسلامة والسلامة الغذائية. للترويج وتقديم صورة إيجابية لـ CATRION مع العميل والعملاء.
الأدوار والمسؤوليات:-
• مساعد في تطوير وتوفير التوجيهات والإرشاد لفريق عمليات اللوجستيات اليوم-اليومي.
• المساعدة في إدارة السائقين والعمليات وإيجاد كفاءات داخل الأعمال.
• ضمان الامتثال للسياسات/الإجراءات المتعلقة بالسلامة الغذائية.
• التخطيط والمشاركة في التدقيقات الداخلية/الخارجية لوحدة CATRION والتأكد من متابعة ما يلزم.
• إجراء تحقيقات بخصوص شكاوى العملاء.
• إتمام جميع التسليمات بدقة 100% من البضائع.
• تحديد فرص لتحسين العمليات والعمل على تنفيذها مع الإدارة.
• المساعدة والإدارة والتفتيش ومراجعة جميع أنشطة السلامة الغذائية والصحة في مركبات الشركة.
• تطوير وتوفير التوجيهات والإرشادات لعمليات تقديم الطعام اليومية.
• مراجعة وتحديث السياسات والأنظمة الآمنة للعمل والممارسات المتعلقة بالسلامة الغذائية والنظافة وتشغيل الوحدة.
• تدريب جميع موظفي الموقع في نظام CATRION للجودة لضمان فهم المفاهيم واتباعها وتقديم خدمة متسقة من خلال جلسات صندوق الأدوات وبعد التدريب.
• إكمال أو مساعدة المدير في أي تحقيقات تأديبية وتولي مقابلات تأديبية/شكاوى وفق سياسات الشركة.
• تأسيس وتخطيط ومتابعة أهداف/مؤشرات الأداء للوحدة وخطط العمل.
• المساعدة لضمان الالتزام بمراجعات مجالات المسؤوليات.
• ضمان تحديث جميع السياسات والعمليات والإجراءات المتعلقة بالنظافة والسلامة الغذائية للوحدة بما يتماشى مع التشغيلات.
• الاحتفاظ وتطوير القوة العاملة لتقليل دوران الموظفين وتحسين نجاحنا التشغيلياً.
• إتمام تقييمات الموظفين ربع السنوية تحت مسؤوليتك.
• التواصل مع المدير المباشر لضمان سير الوحدة بسلاسة.
• إكمال الأوراق وتقديمها بشكل دوري وفعال بما في ذلك الأعمال الورقية المالية في نهاية الشهر.
• السيطرة الفعالة على أصول الشركة والعميل كما هو محدود في العقد.
• إتمام تسوية النقدية الشهرية.
• السيطرة الفعالة على هدر الطعام إن وقع ضمن كفاءتك.
• تقديم التوجيه والدعم لجميع فريق الم.п العمل في مناطق الغذاء.
• إجراء، رصد وتقييم التدريب لفريق تقديم الطعام العامل في مناطق الغذاء.
• تنظيم/تخطيط استمرارية العمل وتقديم الخدمة.
• رصد والحفاظ على مستويات السلوك وأداء العمل.
• الحفاظ على معايير الصحة والسلامة والنظافة إلى مستوى عالٍ جدًا مع مراعاة قواعد الصحة والسلامة الخاصة بالعميل والشركة في جميع الأوقات.
• ضمان الاستخدام الآمن والتشغيل الصحيح لجميع المركبات والتأكد من بقائها نظيفة ونظيفة صحياً.
• الصيانة الأساسية والاستعداد للاستخدام للمعدات مع الإبلاغ عن العطل أو عدم الملاءمة.
• معرفة عملية بسياسات إدارة السلامة الخاصة بالشركة/العميل SSOW.

Job description
Job Summary:-
As an integral member of the CATRION team, you will perform a variety of tasks associated with the organization and management of a unit/area in accordance with the standards required by the company, client contract specifications and statutory regulations. You will be required to ensure that the day-to-day activities within your assigned department are carried out to the highest standards. You will perform a variety of tasks associated with the smooth operation & promotion of the unit/area to the highest standards to all Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations. To promote and present positive image of CATRION with client and customers.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
• Asist Develop and provide directions and guidance to the day-to-day Logistics operations team.
• Assist in Managing Drivers and operations and find efficiencies within the business.
• Ensure compliance to policies/procedures related to food safety.
• Plan & participate in internal/external audits of CATRION unit and ensure follow ups are completed.
• Conducts investigations regarding customers complaints.
• Fulfil all deliveries with 100% accuracy of goods.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and work to implement with management.
• Assist and manage, inspect and review all Food Safety and Hygiene Activities of Company vehicles.
• Develop and provide directions and guidance to the day-to-day catering operations.
• Review & and update existing policies, safe systems of work, and practices related to Food Safety & Hygiene and running of the unit.
• Train all site staff in the CATRION quality system ensures concepts are understood, followed and consistent service is delivered by means of toolbox talks and in post training.
• Complete or assist the manager in any disciplinary investigations formally hold any disciplinary/grievance interviews as per company policies.
• Establish, plan and follow up on departmental Objectives/KPIs and action plans.
• Assist in Ensuring compliance with area of responsibilities audits.
• Ensure all policies, processes & procedures related to Hygiene & Food Safety for unit are up to date as per operations.
• Retain and develop the workforce to minimize employee turnover and improve our success operationally.
• Completion of quarterly employee appraisals under your responsibility.
• Liaises with direct line manager with effective communications to ensure smooth running of the unit.
• Complete paperwork and submit in timely and efficient manner including but not limited end of month financial related paperwork.
• Effective control of company and client assets as scheduled in the contract.
• Completion reconciliation of monthly petty cash.
• Effective control of food waste if falls under your competencies.
• Giving guidance and support to all the catering team working within food areas.
• Conducting, Monitoring and Evaluation training for the catering team working within food areas.
• Organising/planning continuity of work and provision of service.
• Monitoring and maintaining levels of conduct and work performance.
• Maintain Health and Safety, and hygiene standards to a very high-level considering client and company health and safety rules and regulations at all times.
• Ensuring correct use and safe operations of all Vehicles and making sure that these are kept clean and hygienic.
• Basic maintenance and preparation for use of equipment reporting where faulty or not fit for purpose.
• Working knowledge of Company/Client Safety Management Policy SSOW.
