ملخص العمل: يتولّى أخصائي المشتريات العثور على الموردين، وتقييم العطاءات، والتفاوض على العقود والأسعار لضمان حصول الشركة على أفضل المواد والخدمات بأعلى جودة وبأقل تكلفة ممكنة. هذا الدور حاسم في إدارة سلسلة التوريد وضمان سلاسة العمليات التشغيلية دون انقطاع.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- البحث والتقييم: البحث المستمر عن موردين وبائعين جدد وتقييم منتجاتهم وخدماتهم بناءً على السعر والجودة وسرعة التسليم.
- التفاوض: التفاوض على العقود وشروط الدفع والأسعار مع الموردين لضمان أقصى قيمة وتقليل التكاليف.
- إدارة طلبات الشراء: استلام طلبات الشراء منDepartments المختلفة وإصدار أوامر الشراء وتتبعها حتى اكتمال التسليم.
- رصد الإمدادات: تتبع الطلبات وتحديد جداول التسليم، والتواصل مع الموردين لحل أي مشاكل تتعلق بالتأخير أو النقص.
- ضبط الجودة: التأكد من أن المواد والخدمات المورَّدة تفي بالمواصفات والمعايير المتفق عليها قبل إكمال عملية القبول.
- إدارة العلاقات: بناء علاقات قوية ومستدامة مع الموردين الرئيسيين لضمان أولوية المعاملة وحل النزاعات المحتملة.
- التحليل والتقارير: إعداد تقارير دورية عن الإنفاق وحجم المشتريات وأداء الموردين وتحليل اتجاهات السوق لتقديم التوصيات للإدارة.
- التنسيق الداخلي: التعاون مع قسم المخزون وإدارة المخزون لضمان توفر المواد الأساسية وتجنب التكدس، مع التنسيق مع المالية لمراقبة جداول دفعات الموردين.

المتطلبات والمؤهلات
- المستوى التعليمي: شهادة بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، إدارة سلسلة الإمداد، اللوجستيات، أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
- الخبرة: خبرة سابقة كمختص مشتريات، مدير شراء، أو أدوار مماثلة.

Job description
Job Summary: The Procurement Specialist is responsible for sourcing suppliers, evaluating bids, and negotiating contracts and prices to ensure the company obtains the best materials and services at the highest quality and lowest possible cost. This role is vital in managing the supply chain and ensuring operational processes run smoothly without interruption.
Main Responsibilities
- Research and Evaluation: Continuously search for new suppliers and vendors, and evaluate their products and services based on price, quality, and delivery speed.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, payment terms, and prices with suppliers to ensure maximum value and minimize costs.
- Management of Purchase Requests: Receive purchase requests from various departments and issue Purchase Orders, tracking them until delivery is completed.
- Monitoring Supply: Track requests and determine delivery schedules, communicating with suppliers to resolve any issues related to delays or shortages.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the supplied materials and services meet the agreed specifications and standards before completing the acceptance process.
- Relationship Management: Build strong and sustainable relationships with key suppliers to ensure priority treatment and resolve potential disputes.
- Analysis and Reporting: Prepare regular reports on expenditures, volume of purchases, supplier performance, and analyze market trends to provide recommendations to management.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate with the inventory department and manage stock to ensure the availability of essential materials and avoid stockpiling, while coordinating with finance to monitor supplier payment schedules.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Educational Level: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or any related field.
- Experience: Previous work experience as a Procurement Specialist, Purchasing Manager, or similar roles.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in using procurement management software and enterprise resource planning systems (such as SAP or Oracle or other ERP software).
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of procurement procedures and contract management and cost analysis.
