• Description:

  Our client is a leading Large company in the field of Real Estate Development. They are seeking a highly analytical and experienced professional to oversee and manage project cost controls across their expanding portfolio in Riyadh.

  
  Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Cost Tracking: Collect, record, and track all cost components related to real estate projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor expenses.

     
     

  2. Cost Center Management: Establish, update, and monitor dedicated cost centers for every project and individual work item.

     
     

  3. Variance & Financial Control: Perform continuous budget versus actual comparisons ($Budget\ vs.\ Actual$), analyze variances, and submit actionable financial recommendations to leadership.

     
     

  4. Subcontractor Payment Verification: Verify and validate all invoices and payment certificates submitted by subcontractors, aligning them strictly with actual project completion percentages.

     
     

  5. Tendering & BOQ Support: Assist in preparing bid evaluations, pricing structures, and Bill of Quantities verification ($BOQ\ Pricing$).

     
     

  6. System Reconciliations: Prepare and process precise project cost entries, ensuring full reconciliation within the Microsoft Dynamics ERP platform.

     
     

  7. Project Close-Out Reporting: Compile and finalize detailed, comprehensive final cost reports upon the completion and delivery of each project.

     
     
  Job Requirements

  • Education: BA/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; a CMA certification is a strong plus.

    
    

  • Experience: 7+ years of cost accounting experience.

    
    

  • Industry Background: Must have worked in a similar position within a Real Estate Development or Contracting company. Former exposure to manufacturing/factory cost accounting is considered a major plus.

    
    

  • Languages: Native Arabic speaker with Very Good English communication skills.

    
    

  • Location & Hiring Status: Inside KSA only (Local transfer); candidate must be available to join immediately or within 30 days.
