Role Summary

Create, manage, and coordinate Architectural and Structural BIM models for EPC projects in Saudi Arabia. Work with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure model accuracy, resolve clashes, and support on-time digital project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and update 3D BIM models (concrete, steel, and architectural elements) using Revit per design drawings and LOD 300–400 requirements.

- Integrate models and run clash detection in Navisworks; generate reports and support conflict resolution.

- Produce construction drawings, sections, embedment details, and as-built models from BIM.

- Manage model versions, files, and documentation following CDE protocols and ISO 19650 standards.

- Self-check and peer-review models to ensure data quality and completeness.

Skills

Qualifications

- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, or related field.

- Experience: 5+ years in BIM modeling, architectural or structural disciplines. Large-scale building or infrastructure project experience preferred. Saudi/Middle East project experience is a plus.

- Technical Skills: Proficient in Revit (Architecture/Structure), Navisworks, and AutoCAD. Familiar with BIM 360 / ACC or similar CDE platforms. Knowledge of Dynamo, Tekla, or Civil 3D is an advantage. Basic understanding of LOD and ISO 19650 standards.
