Qualifications7–10 years of relevant experience Strong experience within engineering consultancy firms Must Have SCE Certificate Thorough knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and local authority regulations Proven experience with Wadi Hanifa regulations, Sports Boulevard requirements, and Urban Identity Guidelines Experience coordinating with the Royal Commission, Municipalities, and other regulatory authorities Advanced BIM capabilities, including Revit and multidisciplinary coordination Previous involvement in mixed-use commercial and residential developments
