Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of HVAC technicians. Plan and coordinate HVAC installation tasks. Ensure adherence to quality standards and building codes. Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety protocols. Manage material inventory and procurement. Provide regular updates on tasks progress and challenges. Review blueprints and specifications to understand tasks requirements. Assign tasks and monitor technician performance. Coordinate with other trades, such as electricians and plumbers. Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues. Conduct safety meetings and toolbox talks. Inspect completed work
