Channel Partnership Manager
About the Role We are looking for a Channel Partnership Manager to manage and grow our partner ecosystem for the Mojodat Fixed Assets Management Platform in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with channel partners, supporting partner-led sales opportunities, coordinating with internal teams and the Mojodat platform team, and driving revenue growth through the partner network. This is a quota-carrying role where success is measured by partner performance, pipeline growth, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities Channel Sales & Business Development Drive revenue growth through an assigned network of channel partners. Support partners throughout the sales cycle, from opportunity identification to deal closure. Collaborate with partners on proposals, quotations, and customer presentations. Monitor partner pipelines, forecasts, and sales performance against targets. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across existing partner accounts. Partner Management Act as the primary point of contact for assigned channel partners. Build and maintain strong, long-term partner relationships. Conduct regular business reviews and develop joint growth plans. Resolve partner issues and escalations in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Partner Onboarding & Enablement Onboard new partners and ensure alignment with company processes and commercial policies. Coordinate product training and enablement programs. Support partner certification and competency development initiatives. Maintain partner documentation, tools, and resources. Vendor & Platform Coordination Coordinate with the Mojodat team on pricing, licensing, technical inquiries, and support requests. Communicate product updates, new features, and roadmap developments to partners. Ensure timely support and resolution of partner-related requests. Reporting & Administration Maintain accurate records of partner activities, opportunities, and agreements. Track partner performance metrics and engagement levels. Support deal registration, pricing requests, and partner incentive programs.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in Channel Sales, Partner Management, Business Development, Account Management, or a related commercial role. Experience working with technology, Saa S, software solutions, or enterprise platforms is highly preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to manage multiple partners and opportunities simultaneously. Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management. Fluent in Arabic and English.
Preferred Experience Experience working with channel partners, resellers, system integrators, or technology vendors. Knowledge of enterprise software, digital platforms, or asset management solutions. Previous experience in a quota-carrying sales or partner-facing role.
