We're supporting a leading financial institution in the search for an experienced Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) professional to join a high-performing finance team focused on driving strategic decision-making, financial performance, and business insight across the organization.
Key Responsibilities Lead and support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning activities. Deliver insightful management reporting, performance analysis, and executive-level MIS. Drive profitability analysis and provide recommendations to improve business performance. Develop financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses to support key business decisions. Partner with Finance, Treasury, Business, Risk, and other stakeholders to provide performance insights and challenge assumptions constructively. Support balance sheet management initiatives and contribute to performance measurement frameworks. Provide subject matter expertise on financial performance, profitability, and banking business drivers. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and impactful manner.
What We're Looking For Strong understanding of banking products, balance sheet management, and key banking business drivers. Solid knowledge of Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) methodologies and their impact on profitability, product pricing, and performance measurement. Proven experience in:Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Budgeting and Forecasting Strategic Planning Performance Management Management Reporting and Executive MIS
Strong understanding of:Banking financial statements Profitability analysis Asset Liability Management (ALM) Liquidity management Banking regulatory requirements Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to influence senior decision-makers and drive cross-functional initiatives. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and financial reporting tools.
This is a 6-month contract (extendable) role based in Riyadh.
