Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dammam for a Closet and Kitchen Assembler. The assembler will read and interpret drawings or installation plans, prepare materials, and assemble closet and kitchen components in the workshop and at client locations. Daily tasks include measuring and cutting panels, fitting hardware (hinges, handles, runners), and installing cabinets, shelves, and accessories according to specifications. The role involves using hand and power tools safely, checking assembled units for quality and alignment, and making adjustments as needed. The assembler will also maintain a clean work area, follow safety guidelines, and communicate with supervisors, designers, and clients to ensure accurate and timely installation. Qualifications Practical woodworking or carpentry skills with experience in assembling and installing closets, kitchens, or similar cabinetry Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, measurements, and installation instructions accurately Proficient use of hand and power tools, with strong attention to detail and quality standards Communication and customer service skills to coordinate with team members and interact professionally with clients on-site Basic understanding of workplace hygiene, safety practices, and proper handling of materials and tools Physical ability to lift, carry, and install cabinets and panels, and to work on ladders or in confined spaces when required Previous experience in woodworking, joinery, or kitchen/closet installation preferred High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in carpentry or a related field is an advantage
