A leading real estate company in Riyadh is hiring a Digital Transformation Manager to lead automation, process digitization, and technology-enabled business improvement across the organization. About the Role You'll own the digital transformation roadmap — identifying automation opportunities, leading business process analysis, and delivering measurable efficiency, transparency, and operational value. You'll work across business units, applications, cybersecurity, and vendors, with a strong focus on SAP and Power BI to enable data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain the digital transformation roadmap aligned with business and IT strategy. Identify, assess, and prioritize automation and digitization opportunities across departments. Lead business process analysis, current-state assessment, and target-state design. Leverage SAP modules and Power BI dashboards to improve reporting, analytics, and decision-making. Drive adoption of digital tools through engagement, training, and stakeholder management. Monitor delivery, benefits realization, and continuous improvement of initiatives. Ensure initiatives follow governance, cybersecurity, and change-management requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or Engineering.7+ years in digital transformation, automation, business process improvement, or technology-enabled change.3+ years in a supervisory, lead, or transformation-delivery role. Hands-on experience with SAP and Power BI is essential. Preferred certifications: Digital Transformation, Lean/Six Sigma, PMP, Business Process Management, or Change Management.
