WSP Middle East is excited to welcome a passionate and creative Consultant/ Senior Consultant Lighting Design to our Innovation Lighting Design Studio within the Property & Buildings Business Unit, based in Dubai, UAE. Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or a related field, and a Master's degree in Architectural Lighting Design or a similar discipline with full professional qualifications.
• Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in lighting design consultancy.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in lighting design tools (e.g., Dialux/Relux), CAD/BIM platforms, and presentation software is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and remotely while remaining engaged with the core team.

• Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.
• Understanding of human-centric lighting, sustainable design, and relevant industry standards/codes.
• Ability to manage time effectively across multiple projects.
• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
