We are looking for a professional and service-oriented Waiter to support the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla.
Hyatt Place AlUla represents a significant milestone in Hyatt’s expansion across the region and will feature 215 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, swimming pool and a fitness center appealing to both leisure and business travelers.
Your Role
As the Waiter, you’ll be responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience by providing attentive, efficient, and friendly table service to guests while ensuring high standards of food and beverage presentation.
Key Responsibilities
· Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
· Present menus, explain dishes and beverages, and take accurate food and drink orders
· Serve food and beverages promptly and according to hotel service standards
· Ensure tables are properly set up and maintained throughout service
· Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests in a timely manner
· Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth order delivery
· Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
· Process billing and payments accurately when required
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and service areas
· Support pre-opening restaurant setup and operational readiness

Qualifications
· Previous experience as a waiter/waitress within hotels or restaurants is preferred
· Strong customer service and hospitality skills
· Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Team-oriented with a positive attitude
· Attention to detail and presentation standards
· Excellent English communication skills
