Role Purpose The Information Manager is the primary custodian of client’s Information Management Framework, responsible for defining, governing, and assuring information requirements, standards, and lifecycle processes in compliance with ISO 19650, while ensuring effective implementation across ACC, CCDE, Building Passport, and integrated enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities Analyse client information requirements, lifecycle needs, and governance expectations. Define, maintain, and govern OIR, AIR, PIR/EIR and ensure traceability to CCDE and Building Passport. Define business process flows spanning design, construction, handover, and operations. Own and maintain: Information Standard and Information Production Methods & Procedures (IPMP) Ensure ISO 19650 principles are embedded in: ACC, Aconex, Revizto and Tandem Act as escalation point for information governance, changes, and compliance. Collaborate with Technology Group to ensure requirements are technically implementable. Provide governance oversight for APS‑based applications and CCDE integrations. Tool & Domain Knowledge ACC, Aconex, Revizto, Tandem, Azure Smart Data Layer, GIS, SAP, FM systems Strong ISO 19650 (Parts 1–6) expertise Experience Total Experience: 10–14 years Relevant Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in Information Management / BIM Governance / Digital Delivery. Experience on large, multi‑project or giga‑programs preferred Education Background: Bachelor’s degree in: Architecture or Civil Engineering or Construction Management Certifications (Preferred) ISO 19650 Foundation / Practitioner BIM / Information Management certifications Autodesk Certified Professional (ACC) ITIL (governance awareness)
