About the Role:

To supervise feed plant operators/labours and see to it that production target are achieved based on the Standard Operating Procedure and company ingredients specification. Control and motivate personnel to operate within defined Safety and Quality Standards.

Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:

• Mechanical or Electrical engineering graduate or equivalent.
• 5 years’ experience in Feeds milling or Flour milling plant in similar position.
• Adequate experience in operation of the plant machine and equipment with knowledge in boiler, generator, compressor and other feed mill/flour milling equipment’s.
• Fully fluent in the English language.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Having proactive approach.
