BIM Coordinators (Electrical & Mechanical)

We're looking for detail-driven BIM Coordinators to keep our projects running smoothly — from model quality to team coordination and everything in between.

What You'll Do

• Maintain and audit 3D models, ensuring quality, compliance, and constructability standards are met
• Manage project documentation, registers, and document management systems across all teams
• Develop and maintain federated models for coordination, issue reporting, and value engineering
• Ensure compliance with project EIRs and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)
• Conduct quantity extraction, verification, and prepare quality reports on models
• Coordinate meetings, draft agendas, record minutes, and follow up on actions
• Manage information flow between internal and external stakeholders at project level

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in BIM coordination across design and construction phases
• Strong knowledge of 3D modelling, model auditing, and federated model management
• Familiarity with EIRs, BEPs, and industry compliance standards
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
• A collaborative mindset with experience engaging stakeholders at project level
