Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing & Evaluation: Identify and evaluate qualified suppliers and subcontractors for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
  • Procurement Management: Prepare RFQs, perform technical and commercial evaluations, and manage procurement schedules to align with construction timelines.
  • Negotiation & Compliance: Negotiate pricing, delivery, and contractual terms while ensuring all materials meet project specifications and international standards.
  • Coordination & Logistics: Work with project managers and consultants for approvals and oversee shipping, customs clearance, and warehouse activities.
  • Reporting & Cost Control: Maintain procurement tracking reports and identify cost-saving opportunities to support the project budget.
