Job Summary:-MOBCO Group is seeking a highly experienced Project Director to lead and manage large-scale mega projects within Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high-rise and hospitality developments, with proven leadership capabilities in delivering complex construction projects from inception through completion. The Project Director will be responsible for overall project performance, including schedule, cost, quality, safety, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:-Lead and oversee the execution of mega construction projects from initiation to handover Provide strategic leadership to project teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution strategies Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies Oversee commercial, technical, and operational aspects of the project Review and approve project plans, schedules, and resource allocation Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies Lead project meetings and executive-level reporting Oversee procurement strategy and subcontractor management Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements Resolve high-level technical and operational challenges Mentor and lead multidisciplinary project teams
Requirements:-Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture Minimum 20+ years of experience in construction project management Proven experience managing mega projects Mandatory experience in high-rise and hospitality projects Experience working in Saudi Arabia is mandatory Currently available in Saudi Arabia Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Experience handling large multidisciplinary teams Strong commercial and contractual knowledge Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications:-Master’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Project Management (Preferred) Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI, or equivalent (Preferred) Strong knowledge of Saudi construction regulations and standards Experience with major developers and large-scale clients
