We are seeking a skilled and dependable truck mechanic to join our maintenance team in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in heavy-duty trucks (engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, exhaust, cooling systems).
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) tasks according to maintenance schedules and manufacturer guidelines.
• Conduct diagnostic tests using relevant tools and equipment; interpret findings and implement effective solutions.
• Repair or replace faulty components such as belts, hoses, sensors, pumps, and valves; ensure proper torque and alignment.
• Test- drive and evaluate repaired vehicles to confirm issue resolution and performance standards.
• Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and time logs in the maintenance management system.
• Collaborate with fleet management and drivers to plan repairs with minimal downtime.
• Adhere to safety procedures, environmental regulations, and quality standards; report hazards or non-conformances promptly.
• Assist with complex repairs or overhauls as required, including engine or transmission work, and coordinate with suppliers for parts availability.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma or vocational training in automotive/mechanical fields preferred.
• Proven experience as a truck mechanic or heavy-duty mechanic; minimum 2 years preferred.
• Solid understanding of diesel engines, powertrain, braking systems, hydraulics, electrical diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and shop equipment; ability to read schematics and service manuals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Good physical fitness; ability to lift heavy components and perform demanding maintenance tasks.
• Valid mechanical technician certification or relevant trade certificate is a plus.
• Fluent communication in Arabic; knowledge of English is advantageous for technical documentation.
• Willingness to work in shifts and participate in on-call or emergency maintenance as needed.
