We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Dispatcher to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating logistics and ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services. As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for overseeing the scheduling and routing of vehicles, managing communication between drivers and customers, and ensuring timely deliveries. Your ability to multitask, solve problems, and maintain a high level of customer service will be essential in this fast-paced environment. You will work closely with various departments to optimize operations and improve our service delivery. This position requires a strong understanding of logistics and transportation management, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and clients.

???? Key Tasks:

• Plan and dispatch vehicles according to project schedules
• Coordinate mobilization/demobilization of vehicles
• Track driver assignments and daily attendance
• Report vehicle movements to designated areas
• Communicate with drivers via phone/WhatsApp/radio
• Receive requests and allocate vehicles based on priority
• Liaise with gate security for passes and clearances
• Submit daily/weekly/monthly fleet utilization reports

????Experience Requirements:

• 2-5years) in logistics, transportation coordination, or fleet dispatching)
• Experience working in industrial plants (Aramco, SABIC, Tasnee, Ma’aden, SWCC, etc.) is an advantage
• Experience handling large fleets (buses, pickups, heavy equipment, trailers) preferred
