We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team in Amman, Jordan. As a Planning Engineer, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and clients, to develop project schedules, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions as needed. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using project management software to ensure timely completion of all phases of the project.
2. Coordinate with project managers and engineers to gather information and establish project timelines and milestones.
3. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying any deviations from the plan and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
4. Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and upcoming tasks.
5. Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management strategies to minimize potential project disruptions.
6. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Facilitate project meetings and workshops to promote collaboration and communication among team members.
8. Assist in the preparation of project proposals and bids, providing accurate estimates of time and resources required.
9. Maintain up-to-date documentation of project plans, schedules, and changes to ensure transparency and accountability.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Proven experience as a Planning Engineer or in a similar role within the engineering or construction industry.
2. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
