Lead sales, expand market share, and strengthen key customer relationships as our National Sales Manager across the Kingdom
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Sales Strategy
- Design and implement sales strategies across all channels and product categories.
- Introduce best practices and initiatives to enhance performance.
- Lead the sales team and coordinate with other departments to achieve business goals.
- Respond quickly to market changes and develop contingency plans.
Plan & Monitor Performance
- Set annual and quarterly sales targets and track progress.
- Monitor performance across regions, products, and channels using data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Manufacturing to optimize stock levels.
- Support promotional campaigns and sales programs.
Customer & Market Focus
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across Retail, Wholesale, and Key Accounts.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to improve satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for untapped markets.
- Work with R&D on product launches to meet market needs.
Team Leadership & Development
- Manage and inspire sales teams across the Kingdom.
- Ensure the right people are in the right roles to achieve business objectives.
- Provide coaching, training, and recognition to drive performance.
Brand & Marketing Collaboration
- Support brand strategy execution for consistency across channels.
- Contribute to marketing plans to enhance product visibility and sales.
Skills
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- Relevant sales management certifications desirable.
- Minimum 12 years of sales experience, with at least 8 years in management.
- Strong FMCG background with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
