1- Take leadership and manage the Services sales and Commercial teams of the Industrial Cluster whereby to achieve and/or exceed the set target of order booking, revenue, and profit margin.
2- As needed, propose, and obtain approval to restructure the Services sales team to achieve the maximum coverage of the target market sectors in reference to the annual and long-term strategic plan.
3- Assis the company's GM in producing the quarterly business review report by supplying accurate business outlook in terms of sales, revenue, and profit margin for the services sector.
4- Be responsible of setting and implementing the risk assessment process of every division of the Services sector.
5- Take lead in managing customers for best business intake. Address their needs and feedback, take necessary action to meet their expectations, and whenever required engage other functions including cluster’s management to resolve issues.
6- Maintain – along with the sales/commercial team – positive and cooperative working environment that encourages and motivate team to team communication and assistance.
7- Lead the tendering process for government and semi-government customers with the objective of increasing the Services sector’s hit rate.
