- Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC plans for [products/services/processes].
- Conduct inspections and tests in accordance with established procedures and industry standards.
- Analyze test results and identify deviations from specifications.
- Document non-conformances and work with other departments to resolve them.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to prevent future occurrences.
- Participate in the development and revision of quality control procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records.
- Train and mentor other team members on quality assurance procedures.
- Stay abreast of relevant quality standards and regulations.
Skills
• degree in engineering, science, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum [3 years] of experience in quality assurance or quality control.
