Pawdi is Saudi Arabia’s upcoming all-in-one pet services platform. We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Dog Trainer to join our growing service provider network. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of canine behavior, training techniques, and positive-reinforcement methods, and can work professionally with clients and their dogs across different training needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 dog training sessions (basic obedience, behavior correction, leash training, puppy training).
• Assess dog temperament and create personalized training plans.
• Teach owners how to reinforce proper behavior at home.
• Provide progress reports and maintain clear communication with clients.
• Use positive, safe, and humane training techniques at all times.
• Handle dogs of all sizes, breeds, and energy levels.
• Train in client homes, public areas, or designated training locations.
• Ensure safety protocols and best practices are followed.
• Coordinate bookings and schedules through the Pawdi App.
• Represent Pawdi professionally and uphold our brand values.

Skills

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience as a dog trainer (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of canine behavior, learning theory, and training tools.
• Certification in dog training or animal behavior is an advantage.
• Ability to handle large/strong breeds safely.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Patience, empathy, and confidence with dogs and owners.
• Professional attitude and reliability.
• Must be currently based in Riyadh.

• Experience with behavior modification cases (reactivity, anxiety, aggression).
• Knowledge of puppy socialization programs.
• Ability to design long-term training plans.
• Bilingual: Arabic & English is a plus.
• Ability to create training videos or tips for Pawdi’s content library (optional)
