  • Manage freight forwarding operations (air, sea, and land) and coordinate with carriers.
  • Oversee customs clearance procedures and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Prepare quotations and follow up on contracts with clients and suppliers.
  • Monitor and analyze shipping costs to ensure efficiency and cost optimization.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to meet client requirements.
  • Generate periodic reports for management on operations and performance.

Skills

  • Proven experience (3–7 years) in freight forwarding and logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and customs regulations.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
