Job Summary

The HR and Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, as well as managing administrative operations to ensure efficient and smooth business functions. The role focuses on attracting, hiring, developing, and retaining qualified employees while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Additionally, the role supports office administration and facility management to maintain a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and employee development programs.
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain HR records and prepare management reports.
  • Supervise administrative staff and manage day-to-day office operations.
  • Oversee facilities management and ensure workplace readiness and maintenance.
  • Monitor occupational health, safety, and workplace security.
  • Manage administrative support services such as employee housing and transportation (if applicable).
  • Supervise office procurement, inventory control, and availability of essential supplies.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and streamlined operations.
  • Oversee the organization of internal events and official meetings.
  • Manage employee benefits programs (insurance, leaves, etc.).
  • Support employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in HR and administrative management.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
  • Extensive experience in administrative and office management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Previous experience in Ready-Mix Concrete, Precast Industry, or Construction sector is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of Localization programs.
