Business Development Manager

Saudi
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase sales and market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities, projects, and partnerships in the construction sector.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, and developers.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, and logistics) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and client feedback to shape growth strategies.
  • Represent WAMCO in exhibitions, trade events, and client meetings.
  • Achieve assigned sales and growth targets in alignment with company objectives.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s Degree preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or project acquisition within the building materials or construction industry.
  • Proven network with major consultants, contractors, and developers in KSA.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Must be fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and leadership capabilities.
  • Valid Saudi driving license: transferable Iqama preferred.
