The Procurement Representative in the Technology Department plays a pivotal role in securing the technical systems and equipment necessary to support the company's projects with high efficiency and quality. This role encompasses managing all stages of the procurement process, from sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to monitoring deliveries and receiving materials on-site, ensuring an optimal balance between quality, cost, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute procurement activities for technical systems and equipment required for projects.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and quality.
• Prepare purchase requests and follow up on purchase orders and deliveries.
• Maintain and expand the supplier database and strengthen market relationships.
• Coordinate with technical and engineering teams to ensure materials meet required specifications.

Skills

• Preferably a technician specialized in Low Current Systems and Audio-Visual Systems.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical procurement.
• Strong supplier network (local and international).
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site and follow up with suppliers and projects.
