·         Manage office operations, logistics, and administrative systems.

·         Supervise document control, record keeping, and correspondence.

·         Oversee procurement, facility management, and service contracts.

·         Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

·         Lead and support administrative staff to achieve departmental goals.

Skills

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).

·         Minimum of 8 to 10 years of proven experience in Administration or related fields.

·         Prior experience in the retail industry is essential.

·         Proficiency in both English and Arabic (bilingual).
