Personal Assistant – Executive Support to General Manager

Role Overview:-

As the Personal Assistant to the General Manager, you will provide high-level executive support, ensuring the GM’s time, priorities, and engagements are managed effectively. You will act as the primary point of coordination for internal and external stakeholders, manage confidential matters with discretion, and support the GM in driving transformation strategy. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational skills, 


Key Responsibilities


Executive Support & Coordination

  • Manage the GM’s calendar, scheduling, and prioritization of meetings, events, and travel.
  • Screen, organize, and prioritize incoming requests, correspondence, and documents.
  • Prepare briefings, presentations, and reports to support executive decision-making.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.


Meeting & Event Management

  • Organize and coordinate leadership meetings, steering committees, and client engagements.
  • Take minutes, track action items, and ensure follow-ups are executed.
  • Support planning and logistics for board-level meetings and industry events.




Skills

Confidentiality & Governance

  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Support the GM in maintaining alignment with governance frameworks and company policies.


Operational Support

  • Liaise with department heads in Kuwait (Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Delivery) to ensure alignment with the GM’s directives.
  • Track and follow up on projects, deadlines, and strategic initiatives.
  • Support administrative tasks such as travel arrangements, expense management, and approvals.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in the similar role
  • Proven ability to manage complex schedules and confidential matters.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Dynamics CRM (for tracking actions and governance).
  • Excellent command of English (written & spoken); Arabic proficiency preferred.
