Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Specialist to support communication, documentation, and data organization related to collection services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing communication (calls, emails, texts) with clients and debtors.
- Prepare letters, documents, and coordinate meetings.
- Maintain and update databases and client records.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations on collection performance.
- Document all communications and maintain accurate records.
- Provide technical support for collection software and tools.
- Support administrative tasks such as travel coordination, meeting organization, and budget preparation.
