Scope of Work:
Project Management Skills:
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Experience with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Ability to define project scope, set milestones, and track deliverables.
- Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, or Jira.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Soft Skills & Other Competencies:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to address GIS challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience providing training or support to end users on GIS tools is a plus.
Skills
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Esri ArcGIS products, including ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, and ArcGIS Server.
- Experience with spatial data analysis, mapping, geodatabases, and data visualization.
- Familiarity with Python, ModelBuilder, or SQL for GIS automation and analysis is a plus.
- Understanding of GIS data management, data collection, and geospatial workflows.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Geography, Environmental Science, Urban Planning, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in GIS project coordination, project management, or a related role.
Preferred Certifications (Optional but Beneficial):
- Esri Technical Certifications (e.g., Esri ArcGIS Desktop Associate, Esri Enterprise Geodata Management Associate).
- Project Management Certifications (e.g., CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certifications).
