  • Prepare ingredients and tools for pastry production, including measuring, cutting, and organizing items needed for recipes.
  • Assist in baking, shaping, and decorating pastries and desserts under the guidance of the Pastry Chef or Chef de Partie.
  • Follow recipes accurately, ensuring consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Help monitor ingredient levels, and report shortages to ensure efficient production.
  • Work closely with the pastry team, providing support and completing tasks as directed by senior chefs.
  • Performs other tasks as requested by his superior.

Skills

  • Diploma or certification in Pastry Arts, Baking, or Culinary Arts is preferred.
  • Some experience in a professional kitchen or bakery setting ,internships or entry-level roles in a pastry kitchen are beneficial.
  • Works under pressure  .
  • Experienced in Gulf Countries .
  • Good in English language  .
