IT Support

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled IT Support with 1-3 years of experience to manage SharePoint support, mailbox operations, Active Directory (AD) operations, and ServiceNow ticket distribution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a customer-oriented approach to provide efficient support services.


Key Responsibilities:

-SharePoint Support:

  • Provide support for SharePoint environments, including site configuration, user access management, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure optimal performance and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Assist with content management and workflow automation within SharePoint.


-Mailbox Operations:

  • Manage mailbox creation, configuration, and troubleshooting in Microsoft Exchange or similar platforms.
  • Ensure seamless email communication by addressing user issues and monitoring system performance.
  • Perform regular audits to maintain compliance and security of email accounts.

-Active Directory (AD) Operations:

  • Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions in Active Directory.
  • Monitor and resolve AD-related issues, including authentication and access problems.
  • Ensure security and compliance by following established policies and procedures.

-ServiceNow Ticket Distribution:

  • Oversee the distribution and prioritization of ServiceNow tickets to appropriate teams.
  • Track ticket progress and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
  • Generate reports and provide insights into ticket trends and performance metrics.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support, focusing on SharePoint, mailbox operations, Active Directory, and ServiceNow ticketing systems.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and support processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Server, and ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of ITIL principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages like PowerShell for automation.
