Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing journal entries, performing monthly closing activities, and ensuring accurate financial reconciliations. This position requires proficiency in accounting processes, communication skills to collaborate with internal departments, and the ability to handle various financial tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing journal entries and ensure proper general ledger coding in support of monthly closings Perform month-end account closing activities and reconciliations
• Daily Bank Reconciliation – Payments & Refunds Daily Remittance confirmation to cashiers, AR Team & Reconciliation
• Daily Refunds Bank Initiation Verification with AR Aging.
• DA Invoice verification & approval & Sadad payment creation.
• Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries for accruals and variances
• Perform accounting analysis for cash accruals, account payables, account receivables, reconciliations and foreign exchange Daily Fund Position Report
• Assist various departments in accounting issues and queries Unidentified Receipt & Remittance report
• Support Auditor in conducting internal and external audits Support Monthly Closing Process
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and revenue accounts.
• Performing account analysis to ensure that journal entries and balances are correct.

• Reconciling accounts with the general ledger.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with a full understanding of general ledger tasks and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
