Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our team at Abdullah Al Othaim Investment Co. in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our IT systems and providing exceptional technical support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and resolve IT-related issues for on-site staff.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in the organization’s systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on IT systems and infrastructure.
• Ensure the security of IT systems and data by implementing best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology-related needs.
• Document technical issues and solutions to enhance the IT knowledge base.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking.
• Familiarity with IT security protocols and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
