A Maintenance HVAC Technician oversees heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, conducting inspections, maintenance, repairs, and installations to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.

Skills

1. To observe and implement Company Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment Policies and Procedures inside company premises as well as where applicable at customer and Suppliers / Services providers sites.
2. Give support to supervisors concerning accomplishing tasks while referring to uncommon personnel or technical issues.
3. Maintain the repair history of the equipment.
4. Carry out diverse heating, plumbing, and refrigeration-related tasks.
5. Carry out maintenance of all types of motors with AC and DC motor repairs, connections, overhauling, and preventive maintenance.
6. Carry out sensors, flowmeter and trans meters checks, trouble shootings, and new installation.
7. Carry out repairs of all air conditioning and cooling systems such as central A/C and chillers.

8.     Able to work at height.

1. Coordinate and communicate with vendors for repairs and maintenance.
2. Track the key reason for the malfunctioning of the equipment, analyze the facts, and provide the easiest rectification method.
3. Carry out monthly/weekly inspections for buildings, shops, tanks, FF systems, FA systems, plumping lines, and lighting to ensure the facility's preventive maintenance.
4. To carry out monthly inspections and services for all ACs in the buildings and shops to ensure that gas refrigerant, fans, and filters are in good condition.

13. Perform monthly services for all ACs in the facility (Cleaning filters and washing inside/outside units).

1. Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, co-workers and management.
2. Maintain a clean and organized work area and maintain all equipment, to like new appearance, according to maintenance plans and established procedures.
3. Comply with safety regulations, laws and internal rules.
