The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, at least 10 years of experience in facility management, and a proven track record in team building and organizational growth.

  • Develop and implement the department’s vision, mission, and strategic

objectives in alignment with the company’s goals.

  • Identify growth opportunities, including new contracts and service expansions,

to increase revenue.

  • Monitor industry trends and innovations to ensure the company remains

competitive in the facility management space.


Team Management

  • Build and lead a dynamic team of facility management professionals.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.


Operations Management

  • Oversee the maintenance, repair, and operational performance of facilities

under management.

  • Develop and implement processes and standards to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service

delivery.


Financial and Resource Management

  • Prepare and manage departmental budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and profitability.
  • Monitor expenses, negotiate contracts with vendors, and ensure cost-

effectiveness in all operations.


Compliance and Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, health and safety standards,

and company policies.

  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with facility operations and

maintenance.
