The Property Management Supervisor (Hospitality) oversees the daily operations of

the company hospitality properties, including hotels, serviced apartments, and other

lodging facilities. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality guest experiences,

optimizing property performance, managing maintenance, and supporting the

operational needs of hospitality tenants. The ideal candidate will have experience in

hotel operations, a strong customer service focus, and the ability to manage a team

effectively.

Operations Management

  • Supervise daily operations of hospitality properties, ensuring they meet brand
  • standards and operational excellence.
  • Oversee front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to
  • ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to uphold cleanliness, safety, and
  • aesthetic standards.

Guest Relations

  • Act as a primary contact for tenants and guests, addressing their concerns
  • and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining a high standard of hospitality
  • services.
  • Monitor and respond to guest feedback to drive continuous improvement in
  • operations.

Staff Supervision

  • Manage and supervise on-site property staff, including reception,
  • housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
  • Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure staff meet
  • service expectations.


  • Coordinate scheduling and ensure adequate staff coverage for operations.
  • Financial Management
  • Support budget preparation and ensure effective cost control for operational
  • activities.
  • Monitor revenue streams, occupancy rates, and expenses to achieve financial
  • goals.
  • Manage vendor contracts and approve invoices for hospitality-related
  • services.
  • Maintenance and Facility Management
  • Oversee property maintenance activities to ensure prompt resolution of issues
  • and prevent service disruptions.
  • Work closely with vendors and contractors for timely delivery of facility
  • services.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Reporting and Analysis
  • Prepare and present regular reports on property performance, including
  • financial metrics, occupancy rates, and guest satisfaction scores.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for
  • enhancing service delivery.
