Property Management Supervisor (Commercial)

The Property Management Supervisor (Commercial) is responsible for supervising

the operational and financial performance of Motoon’s commercial properties. This

includes managing day-to-day property operations, ensuring tenant satisfaction,

overseeing maintenance, and implementing strategies to maximize property value

and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial

property management, excellent leadership skills, and a solid understanding of facilities and tenant relations.

Key Responsibilities

Property Operations Management

  • Oversee the daily operations of the company commercial properties, ensuring

they are well-maintained and compliant with safety standards.

  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality service

delivery.

  • Conduct regular property inspections to assess maintenance needs and

address issues promptly.

Tenant Relations

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their concerns,

inquiries, and service requests in a professional manner.

  • Foster positive relationships with tenants to enhance satisfaction and

retention.

  • Ensure timely communication of property updates, changes, and events to

tenants.

Lease Administration and Compliance

  • Support the leasing team in coordinating lease renewals and addressing

tenant compliance with lease agreements.

  • Ensure all property management activities adhere to Saudi regulations and

the company internal policies.

  • Maintain accurate records of leases, tenant correspondence, and property

documentation.

Financial and Budget Management

  • Assist in preparing and monitoring property budgets, ensuring cost-

effectiveness and alignment with financial goals.

  • Review and approve invoices for property management services and

operational expenses.

  • Monitor rent collections and address delinquencies with tenants.

Team Supervision and Coordination

  • Supervise and provide guidance to property management staff, including

maintenance and administrative personnel.

  • Ensure team members follow best practices and deliver exceptional service to

tenants.

  • Provide training to team members on property management systems,

processes, and tenant relations.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare periodic reports on property performance, including occupancy rates,

maintenance activities, and financial metrics.

  • Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for cost savings and

efficiency improvements.

  • Recommend and implement strategies to enhance property value and

profitability.


Skills:


  • Strong knowledge of commercial property operations, maintenance, and

tenant relations.

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with Saudi property management laws and regulations.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
