We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow the online presence of both Spark Education Platform and our network of schools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, curating, and analyzing content across multiple social media channels to enhance brand visibility, engage our audiences, and support our mission of educational excellence. The ideal candidate is fluent in both Arabic and English, with a passion for education and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Content Management
· Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for the corporate brand and individual school accounts.
· Maintain a cohesive voice across all platforms, aligning with the corporate and school brand guidelines.
· Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, videos, stories, reels, etc.) tailored to each school and the corporate audience.
Community Engagement
· Monitor, respond to, and engage with audiences across social media channels.
· Foster positive relationships with parents, students, educators, and prospective community members through meaningful interactions.
· Manage social media crisis communication as needed in alignment with company policies.
Performance Analysis and Optimization
· Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
· Provide monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations for improvement.
· Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize strategies.
Collaboration and Coordination
· Partner with school administrators to showcase school-specific achievements, events, and initiatives.
· Work closely with the marketing and communications team to align social media campaigns with broader marketing goals.
· Manage relationships with external vendors or agencies for social media campaigns when required.
Brand Building and Campaign Management
· Support brand awareness campaigns for Spark Education Platform at the corporate level.
· Launch and manage targeted campaigns for student enrollment and community outreach for individual schools.
Skills
Skills & Competencies
· Proficiency in managing social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
· Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
· Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
· Ability to create basic visual content using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Education & Experience
