Manage project assessments across Pre-FEED, FEED, and Detailed Engineering stages. Provide timely engineering solutions and operational advice based on industry best practices to ensure
the project is well implemented as per the approved plan. Develop methodologies for project planning, Task management, Risk management, Budget management, Compliance, and Communication management to maximize the shareholders' value. Responsible to establish KPIs and monitor the achievement of the KPIs related to annual performance objectives. Strong technical Aromatics background, a deep understanding of petrochemical mega projects, and a proven track record of driving results while ensuring continuous process improvements. Leading project assessments from Pre-FEED through Detailed Engineering
stages. Providing engineering solutions and operational advice based on industry best practices. Supporting strategic and operational goals by offering process engineering expertise. Deep understanding of the different operational modes of the refinery that
consists of PX complex. Advising on technology advancements and areas for improvement in performance, operations and HSE.
