The Sales HoReCa Manager is a pivotal role within the FMCG sector, specifically designed to drive sales growth in the Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering (HoReCa) segment. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in sales management and a deep understanding of the HoReCa landscape. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with the company's objectives while fostering strong relationships with key clients. The role demands a proactive approach to identifying market opportunities and implementing effective solutions to maximize sales performance.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the HoReCa sector.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hotels, restaurants, and catering services.
  3. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  4. Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns targeting the HoReCa market.
  5. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  6. Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  7. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
  8. Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the company’s offerings.
  9. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  10. Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience in sales management within the FMCG or HoReCa sectors.
  2. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  5. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  7. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  8. Strong networking skills and existing relationships within the HoReCa industry.
  9. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  10. Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events.
